The BTS3018TCATMA1, from the HITFET® series of Infineon power distribution switches and load drivers, is a general purpose N-channel switch featuring a 1:1 ratio of output to input, under-voltage and over-voltage protection, fault protection and current limiting. It is available in three different package shapes: TO-263-3, D2Pak (2 Leads + Tab) and TO-263AB.
