The LM2587S-ADJ Texas Instruments Integrated Circuits (ICs) DC Switching Regulators is a surface mount, step up, 1 output, 40V maximum input voltage, SMD/SMT mounting style, boost, flyback, and forward converter type regulator with a maximum output voltage of 60V and a switching frequency of 100kHz. It does not have a synchronous rectifier.
Features of the LM2587S-ADJ include a wide input voltage range of 4V to 40V, a wide output voltage range of 1.23V to 60V, a high efficiency of up to 95%, a low quiescent current of only 10µA, and a low output ripple of only 10mV.Applications of the LM2587S-ADJ include portable electronics, battery-powered systems, and automotive applications. It is suitable for use in a variety of DC/DC conversion applications such as LED lighting, solar power systems, and power supplies.
