The MAX4751/MAX4752/MAX4753 are low on-resistance, low-voltage, quad, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switches that operate from a single +1.6V to +3.6V supply.
These devices have fast switching speeds (tON = 30ns, tOFF = 25ns), handle rail-to-rail analog signals, and consume less than 1µW of quiescent power.
The MAX4753 has break-before-make switching.
