The S1B-13-F is a surface-mount Schottky diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for rectification and voltage clamping applications, offering low forward voltage drop and fast switching characteristics. This diode is housed in the SMB (DO-214AA) package, making it suitable for automated assembly processes and compact electronic designs.

  • Forward Voltage Drop (VF): Typically around 0.49V at a forward current of 1A, ensuring minimal power loss.

  • Reverse Leakage Current (IR): Low reverse current to maintain efficiency and prevent unnecessary power dissipation.

  • Peak Reverse Voltage (VR): Handles up to 100V peak reverse voltage, suitable for various voltage clamping and rectification applications.

  • SMB (DO-214AA) Package: Surface-mount device package designed for easy pick-and-place assembly and compact PCB footprint.

  • High Surge Capability: Able to withstand transient overvoltage conditions, making it suitable for robust applications.

These features make the S1B-13-F Schottky diode well-suited for use in power supplies, battery charging circuits, reverse polarity protection, and other applications requiring efficient rectification and voltage clamping capabilities.

Functional Equivalent (FE) materials, including Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) form, assembly, and functionally compatible substitute materials.
